Franck’s is one of the best upscale restaurants in Salt Lake City. A once home converted into a restaurant, Franck’s is quaint, and friendly, and the food is vibrant and fabulous. Start with one of their signature soups or crispy Brussels sprouts, with tarragon, parmesan, almonds, and an apple cider vinegar reduction. That all-American staple, their meatloaf is their most popular entrée, made with a blueberry-lavender sauce, confit blueberries, and crispy onions. Current Fish and Oyster are considered one of the finest dining restaurants in SLC, with fresh and delicious seafood daily. The space is modern with a great menu.
